The Intro Experience is a 30-minute 1:1 consultation, body composition check, and goal assessment — PLUS one full 45–60 minute fitBOXING class. You’ll walk away with a personalized plan and clear next steps.

2. Do I need boxing experience to join?

Not at all. fitBOXING is designed for beginners and busy adults who want to get in shape without feeling overwhelmed. We teach fundamentals at your pace.
