Step 2 – Try a Full boxing fitness Class
You’ll jump into a 45-minute, coach-led class where I walk you through technique, combos, and modifications so you never feel lost or embarrassed
Step 3 – Choose Your Plan
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll go over membership options and how we can help you hit your goals over the next 3–6 months.
